“Unqualified Raves”
I now believe you when you say your raison d’être at Las Vegas Catering is the client’s desires. I couldn’t
be happier with the outcome of our Las Vegas cocktail party and dinner party if we had been serving four rather than forty.
I have never heard such unqualified raves, for each and every beautifully prepared course. We could not have had such
a success without your thoughtful advice on accessories, table settings, flowers, the site–and most of all, your extraordinary

“Last Minute Flexibility”
I attended a reception where Affairs to Remember was catering. I was impressed with the set up, food quality and
overall service. This was over four years ago. Since then, I have utilized them for private dinner and holiday
parties, receptions, all employee BBQ's, continental breakfasts, meetings and several two-week in-house training sessions
where hot and cold breakfasts and lunches were needed.
Mr. Whitesides and his team are very professional, easy to work with and always exceeding expectations. Their flexibility
to adjust to last minute changes is just outstanding. I have not experienced any problems with them, that is why we
continue to call. I do not hesitate to recommend their services whenever asked!
